Medical Corporation Ishin-kai (Hereafter: This Group) will comply with all laws and ordinances applicable to the handling of private information when handling private information obtained from clients.

This Group collects private information to the extent necessary to perform its services. The extent of the private information collected will not surpass the amount necessary to fulfill said information’s intended purpose.

However, when required by law, when compelled by public bodies such as the judicial system or the police, or in order to protect important interests of the client or the public, such as life, health, or property, This Group may disclose or provide client private information without said client’s express consent.
6. Inquiries, amendments, and deletion of private information
When a client requests inquiry into, amendment of, or deletion of their private information, This Group confirms the client’s identity and acts in accordance with the data subject rights afforded to that private information.
Users expressly consent that This Group may modify this policy without prior consent from its users. If a user uses service provided by This Group after modification of this policy, said user expressly consents to this policy’s updated contents.
